WHAT IS OUT OF LINE FOUNDATION (OOL)?
We are a movement that believes in the power of knowledge to transform life and society.
Our goal is to help and support great changes in women from low income communities, we dream and work to redefine the role of women in society from their childhood.
We recognize the talent of girls from these communities, and we involve them in non-formal programs, where they learn English among other subjects, in order to help them develop their intelligence and their emotions. We are certain this allows them to be empowered within their lives, their decisions and their talent.
In addition, we develop activities with positive impact for their families and the community in which they are growing up in.
Out of Line will be recognized in the 5 continents for developing the talent of girls in poverty, who will transform their lives thanks to their talent in various disciplines of knowledge.
Their legacy will be transmitted in the future generations, highly impacting their communities and also creating a spiral of success that empowers, revalidates and reinvents the role of women in society since childhood.
We believe in power of education as a basis for changes in society.
That is why our priority is to reinforce the learning of subjects which strength the development of reasoning and analytical thinking, such as: English, History and Coding.
Additionally, we understand the importance of developing strong soft skills, through artistic and cultural areas. Which generates social union, identity and encourage citizen participation.
The combined rational and emotional aspects educate women who are aware of their reality, free of prejudice, empowered by their destiny and who positively influence their families and communities.

In order to grow and make OOL a project of global dimensions, we must conceive it as a SPIRAL OF SUCCESS. The spiral is an ancient symbol in the history of humanity and has played a fundamental role representing cycles where growth is infinite.
Our spiral also has cycles which are constantly growing. This spiral represents more girls with greater knowledge, better life opportunities, more educated and less abused; more teen girls focused on their future careers and less on entering motherhood at such early age … but how does it work? …
